The LTI 20-20 Ultralyte 100LR laser device has Central Office of Measures Type Approval No. PLT0740 and is a handheld speed and distance meter. It measures and displays the speed of a moving vehicle as well as the distance at which the measurement was taken. In addition, it displays the time in seconds since the measurement was taken.
